This type bearings are highly suited to combined radial and axial loads and can carry higher loads than angular contact ball bearings. Axial loads are only supported in one direction. Account must be taken of the fact that due to the angle of the rollers radial loads will generate axial forces. To counteract this bearings are usually employed in pairs, either face to face or back to back.
Tapered Roller bearings in metric dimensions can be divided into three groups depending on contat
angles; Normal contact angles(Small than contact angle of 17 degree,no codes),medium contact angles(About 20 degree;code C),and large contact angles(About 28 degree;code D).
